Meet Grace — Nurse, Mentor & Founder of Saeven Grace

My journey to becoming a nurse wasn’t straight, smooth, or perfect — but it was worth every step. I built Saeven Grace, LLC because I know firsthand what it feels like to walk into your first clinical job excited, nervous, overwhelmed… and wishing someone understood what you were facing.

I’ve worked through imposter syndrome, the pressures of learning on the job, and the emotional weight that comes with being a Black woman navigating healthcare spaces. Over time, I learned how to advocate for myself, grow in confidence, and show up for patients with compassion and excellence.

Now, I mentor new nurses so they can step into their purpose with:

• Confidence

• Clarity

• Community

• Clinical readiness

My heart is to create a space where new nurses feel safe, supported, and strengthened as they launch their careers.
